- Critical fixes for the social service

- Fixed an issue where testers would sometimes dismount after transferring between servers
- Removed some clipping foliage from freehold locations
- Updated HLODs across our world to reduce pop-in
- NPC behavior has been updated for most NPCs to leash whenever their primary target is in an unreachable position for several seconds
- Fixed an issue where testers were able to purchase weapon passives for their inactive weapon
- Fix for testers who were stuck with astronomical amounts of XP debt
