Error on Launch

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher and game multiple times and I keep getting the same error "easy Anti-Cheat is not installed" how do I fix this. I went into the file located the EAC file and its empty, so I cant try to manually install. I've tried the install with firewall off and still no dice.
