audio issues

I don't know if anyone else has been having the same issue but for me its the only thing that i have had serious issues with.
I'm currently running the game on a Ryzen 9 7950x3D rtx3060ti with 64gb of 6k ram however whenever in crowded towns or highly populated areas when fighting mobs my audio studders and cuts in and out. No other games I have played have this problem i believe I have found where the conflict is but was wondering if you could find some sort of patch for it. see i use a GOXLR for my audio and i have tried the playing with out it and the audio is fine so for some reason the GOXLR app and game are conflicting with each other. not being able to communicate during fights with party members or friends in Discord when game gets congested is a huge deal for me and would appreciate some help on resolving this problem.
