The unique crafting mat is only dropping as Common from Knight Commander Darrow. The recipe for Hood of the Reaper is only executable with a Rare. (Also there is typo in the title.)

    Changes that went to Alpha Two realms on Thursday, January 23, 2025 did not fix. A fresh drop after the patch implementation did not occur at Rare, but still at Common. Nor was the recipe craftable with the Common rarity item.
