i have re-installed several times nothing changes and cannot get to download portion.

The very same issue here for me. Just bought the game and was not able to login from the launcher. Though I found a temporal workaround - I was able to login from the launcher and download the game trough the VPN. Though I didn't yet tried to run the game itself.
It would be nice to get some feedback on the issue. Thanks in advance!
Not sure how helpful this can be for the Ashes team, but my today's attempt to login (without the VPN) ends up with this:
At the same time I can login to the game site and to the forum without any issues (no VPN is required).
