Quest area delimitations

Something I encountered pretty early in the game and still encounter regularly is how the game registers your kills for quest objectives while in a certain area. For example, a commission will ask you to kill 10 bandits in Highwaymen Hills and a big circle over the area indicates the zone. If you kill a mob outside the circle, the kill will not count towards completing the objective. I was uncertain whether to post this here or as a bug report, but I feel like they coded their quests like this. They likely made the circles the areas that count rather than just a visual indicator to help guide the player.

This is a rather curious design if indeed intended. Keeping my example in mind, I am still in the zone, as indicated by the marker on the map. There is even a waypoint further down south-west named after the area. I really hope they are gonna change this, cause this is really irritating. Not only does it break the RP aspect of it, but it means I have to be mindful of where I pull mobs and be careful not to exit the circle for kills to count.

Am I alone bothered by that?

Agreed. It kills immersion and completely makes you feel like you are just playing a game of "See quest circle, stay in it and do xyz, and move on to next quest circle."

Don't really care for the immersion part of it all, but definitely agree that it should simply be a "monster ID" type of thing rather than "area kill ID" one.
