Hello. I requested a refund on the support website about a week ago. Just wondering if you guys made it back yet from holidays? My ticket number is Request #75043. Thank you for looking into it!

    Last anecdotal evidence is that they are around 2 weeks behind on tickets atm. Don't worry, they will get to you eventually and as long as you filed the request within the 90 days they are refunding even if you have playtime.
