Simplify the information that the launcher is giving - launcher's for major games/platform have a combined download and install bar with an estimated time remaining and/or size of the download. As it is, I have absolutely no idea how long is left on my download... i can't even tell the size of it. No one really cares that a delta merge is happening... just include it in one progress bar.

Allow the launcher to automatically reconnect - This is partly an issue with my machine but one that ashes doesn't play nice with compared to other launchers... If the internet connection drops, allow the launcher to detect when the internet comes back online and resume the download. Again, most other launchers have this capability.
