Invisible unstoppable attacks at Ruins of Aela

Hey there.

I encountered a bug while farming goblins at the ruins of Aela. I was pulling between 4-8 goblins. After I killed them I kept getting attacked without an attacker being visible. That happend multiple times.

Relogging fixed the issue for me. One time there was one body next to me, when I relogged back into the game. But when I looted it there was loot of multiple goblins in there.

    This happens in a lot of places. NPC's take no dmg, and you can't heal yourself, but they continue to dmg you.

    Can't tell you how many times I almost died.

    Seems to be client specific and once someone comes to help, it seems to start working again
