Feedback: PvP mechanics design has unintentionally turned entire game into lawless zone

This is posted here as these systems have game braking bugs which are discussed here-
Game Mechanics discussed: War declarations, Fishing Derby’s, Lumberjacking Competitions, Node Wars, Future Node Sieges.
Issue: Deliberate and intentional use of Current design FOR THE USE TO GRIEF BY GAME MECHANIC EXPLOITATION turned entire game into to an unregulated lawless zone, without corruption, for the express use of griefing via deliberate and intentional abuse of said game mechanics. In short, this is not PvP but pillaging, looting and ruination in the disguise of PvP.

What is occurring: Guilds are exploiting the fact that fishing derbys don't count fish caught, lumberjacking competitions don’t count trees cut, there is no preparation time allowed, and they are cheaper than war declarations by more than 15 gold to kill opposition exactly like war declarations at a cheap price. War declarations are one sided, without a preparation time, instantaneous with zero cooldown and can be declared in multiples and in parallel, nonstop back to back all day night 24/7. Node wars have been used to force lawlessness on the entire playerbase for resource gain. All these game mechanics are actively, and in the future with node sieges, being exploited NONSTOP to bypass the developer-designated lawless zone (which is limited to a specific location), to now a 24 hour/5 days a week GAME WIDE lawless zone effective due to the ongoing exploitation . The player base exploiting these mechanics disagree with game design of not allowing pvp without the punishment of corruption system, and are showing by example and action, they intend to bypass developer designed lawlessness restrictions to a limited region to now, to FORCEFULLY MAKE THE GAME WHAT THEY WANT - game-wide lawlessness zone with no corruption, and no gear drop/loss that should normally result. In effect, the developers have been bypassed through exploitation of said game mechanics, and is a detriment to how the game is designed to function.
Results: These systems are currently generating data not useful for alpha testing purposes due to there is no limitation due to the game-wide lawlessness unintended by their design.

Looking forward: Currently Miraleth on Vyra is being threatened with node destruction if the current mayor is not voted into office again and this is possible with the future Node sieges. This may appear as a social issue but in reality, this reflects a player base in disagreement with the game pvp design and are showing by example they doing everything possible through exploitation said game mechanics unintended consequences, to punish the developers that are limiting their lawlessnes by preventing proper alpha data being generated game-wide. It is an active attempt to ruin the game, and should be interpreted as such!

I agree with the OP, pvp is indeed broken. My suggestion is to revamp the derbies, so they are non PVP and actually work as intended. Also, fix war declarations so that if a guild does declare war, there is a 5- or 10-minute wait period for the other guild to prepare.
