Janie Anybones Pinup (crafting item) doesn't seem to exist

I spent a significant portion of my testing time during last uptime trying to acquire this item to be able to craft items dropped from this quest event, but have never seen this item drop. I didn't keep track a precise tally, but I did well over 50 quest events using the 4 different quest pieces that drop from Highwaymen Hills to spawn the Sodden Sailors and the 4 different named on the lake East side of Carphin.
My only thought is perhaps the much more rare Spyglass, which spawns Captain Jane, is the specific named mob that drops it, but I've also talked to several others who've done this event quite a bit and they also said they've never seen the crafting item drop.
Perhaps it was left out? I know quests are the focus of the current testing phase, but since this quest is in and just seems to be lacking a specific item drop, it would be nice to have that fixed.
