Can't launch game

I just bought the game and I tried to launch it, but it goes to a black screen and crashes. I have tried downloading the c++ thing that it says in the known issues section, but that did not fix the problem. My pc should have good enough specs to play it, AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor and a Ryzen 7 2070 Super GPU. If there is anything else that I could try to fix the issue, I would love to hear it.

Same issue. I have all prerequisites for download and the latest versions. Have restarted and reinstalled, repaired ect... Still goes to black screen then back to the launcher. Any help, or a refund would be great.

Some folks who were getting black screens during loading were able to fix this by enabling "GPU Crash Debugging" and "Full Crash Dumps" in the launcher setting.
FYI, those logs may take up a lot of space on your hard drive.
