Game Crashes on Black Screen Immediately After Launching

As title suggests, the game crashes shortly after I launch it from the launcher. I have tried the following solutions:
- Repair game launcher
- Uninstalled & Reinstalled the game
- Repaired/Uninstalled & Reinstalled the x64 AND x86 version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable

I am aware that this is a "Top Issue" on the list of known issues according to another AoC forum post. I am open to trying anything else to fix this issue - any and all suggestions are welcome.

In case this matters, here are my specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 4.5 GHz 8-Core Processor
32 Gb of RAM
RTX 4080

I am on windows 11.
