5g tab disappeared after renouncing citizenship, along with materials

Description: I renounced citizenship on my character SubitoMezzoForte in Winstead on Lyneth. I had a 1g and 5g tab purchased. I cleared out my 3rd tab in anticipation of renouncing. Upon renouncing, both my 1g and 5g tab were gone. Along with the materials in the 2nd tab. If citizenship is not required to purchase these tabs, I'm assuming its a bug that the 5g tab vanished and was repurchased.

Same. In my case it was the 4th tab, full of my rarest resources gathered over the last month, including the holiday season. Stuff I intentionally preserved to improve my gear. A storage container I paid 5 gold for. All stuff is in it is gone. Every slot was full of heroic, epic and legendary material stacks. Now lets consider the drop rate and the time investment of involved in this boring and rather frustrating activity, thanks to static respawn locations, and resource camping by people who know the long respawn timer etc. And then there are obviously drop rates for rare quality materials.

In Phase1 I was one of many people who gave up on crafting, because my storage was totally bugged out and any stored items just disappeared.

I assume this is not intentional. "Lose of access" means lose of access, not "some of your items might be forfeit forever".



Phase2 was supposed to focus on "testing the economy", yet basic features like storage are buggy and few processes interacting with storage aren't sufficiently fleshed out.

The CM told me Intrepid are looking into this issue, but I seriously doubt restoring our account data to the correct state is high on the priority list. I genuinely appreciate she even replied. This is hardly in her job description.

I would imagine all that stuff is gone, and with it my ability to gear up my main and alt, and as a result so is my will to playtest at this point. Gathering and managing storage is pain, and the general game systems start getting extremely grindy. I don't like when games leave me feeling like I got cheated of my time, especially through RNG. This is one of those cases. I might come back after a wipe or something, when the core game systems are more stable.

Ditto. I didn’t even leave the citizenship. My first two tabs were wiped, which were where my most valuable metals are kept. I have found 0 desire to play as I can’t trust the storage and crafting was my main drive. Made it to level 16 and a half metal working solo. I was very happy with that achievement and I still have it… but I had enough metals to probably carry me to 20 and then a bunch of iron and riv for the 20-30 grind. I’m scared to use the first two bank tabs as I dont want to overwrite anything should my stuff come back. The lack of communication has sealed it for me. All we get is a “we are aware and working on it” and even “it’s in the database but we are investigating”. No eta and no instructions on how we should go forward. If it was a simple “it’s gone, sorry it’s alpha” might have sucked but at least I could move forward and forget about crafting since banks are bugged. But the fact that they worked flawlessly up until the incident makes me want to continue testing crafting should this get resolved.
