Marketplace Sell Level Requirement Indicator

A level requirement indicator on the marketplace sell page for people who are under level 10 would be a great addition. I've attempted to sell items a few times with no success but didn't know that it was because there was a level requirement until I checked with the discord, before then I had just assumed it was bugged.
