Feedback: Guild Skill Tree

in Artisanship
I am super happy and excited for the guild skill tree system. I know the version we have now is barebones and is a great starting point. I hope this feedback helps in further design choices to reach the intended goal.
I know a lot of people are complaining about the xp but that’s whatever to me. I am here for the grind.
I like the idea of having a section for PvP, guild size, and artisanship. I wish it had more negative with the positives. Right now the PvP side is the only one with downsides.
I think the first skill point should be adventuring xp or reduce xp dept. from their split off into the 3 sections.
The PvP side should have negatives to affect artisans, same with the other way around. And guild size should reduce the effectiveness of all guild skill points as then need to be spread across more people.
Additionally the xp skill points should be its own line for each side. Have the hard choice of xp, rarity, or quantity. Scaling as you go up in each. But also let us pick a single skill to specialize, like metalworking skill point. The same should be done on the PvP side.
I could also see guild bank size being effected buy number of members. Could have another branch for increase guild banking slots or as a negative when going down the guild size tree.
I think more skill points for minor improvements will be created to see.
