How can the scribe vendor sell apprentice scrolls at 1s 50 copper and other items cheaper than the processing/crafting fee?

same thing for every vendor, carpentry vendor sell some caravan components and crates below crafting cost, all food on journeyman is below cost and so on. Alot of the vendor stuff need to be removed tbh if uwant player economy like u set prices of things based on vendor price and often it cheaper that the crafting costs
