Purify Delay

When you purify, it sometimes takes a moment (or two) to register any debuffs as removed. sometimes it's pretty quick, but it's almost always delayed by a good amount.
I think no endlag on the dispel after it is cast would feel a lot better- having well timed purify's feel unresponsive sucks.
