Make spellbook/wand VFX always yellow for cleric

I think it looks really nice to have the yellow spell effects on spellbook/wands that are currently possible when using Blessed weapon on oneself. In my opinion, this really needs to be the base casting effect/appearance for clerics using these weapon types. It's thematically much more fitting and coherent.
