creatures attacks are not slowed while chasing

as stated above a lot of things in game will attack at what i can only tell to be full speed is especially obvious with wolfs as they chase you mounted will lag behind slightly but their attacks will be extremely consistent i accidentally aggroed a 1 star humanoid thing sorry idk exactly what it was but it took half my hp while chasing me half way cross the map ( like twice the normal aggro range) and i was just like damn if i wasnt full hp i could have died just seems weird that their attacks dont at least get a debuff or slowed rate of fire
