Make Grit like the Upgraded Version of Soothing Glow

Hi,
Grit is kinda miserable. But it is really only miserable because it has a 10 sec duration, even when it stacks twice. To adjust the problem, duration should increase with how much grit you have stacked. IE, 2x grit stack is 20 seconds, 1 grit stack is 10 seconds. If it ever goes above 2x, then 3x grit stack is 30 seconds.
This will allow people to have a bit of breathing room to press Grit properly. I feel like, in the heat of battle, it falls off too frequently, and those moments when you have no courage to use Grit when you absolutely need it is kind of bad.

There are so few tanks playing now because it just feels horrible to play. It is not fun anymore and the massively skewed punishment (xp debt and repair costs) for playing a tank are just not worth it
The last time I enjoyed playing my tank was maybe four weeks ago. I didn't log on at all last week and haven't this week either which is sad because I am the only tank and my guild's leader and there are no pick up tanks to stand in for me
PvP is just completely pointless as a tank
Tank (that name needs to change too!) is by far the worst class for any metric that you care to measure right now which is a shame as I am a tank - in every game! I love it! Just not here right now
