Rebinding Movement Keys - Bug

Similarly to previous reports from November last year, I also have issues rebinding the movement keys.
I'm looking to rebind "turn left" and "turn right" to A & D, but it doesn't accept the inputs. These are not the only keybindings that aren't being able to be changed as wished.
When trying to change turn left it simply ignores whatever input I make (except for some keys). When rebinding turn right it sometimes puts both A & D in there, even if only A was input.
