Boneyard Brigade - Can't Submit Quest

Description
After collecting all the records needed for Boneyard Brigade, you cannot submit it to Captain Hogan anymore.

Bug Reproduction Steps
Collect all the records from enemies. Sometimes even when you pick up the record now, the quest will not update after newest patch. I have found that relogging or upconverting glint sometimes fixes this issue.

What was the expected result of the action(s)? Quest Complete

Quest will not complete.

    Not sure if this is the same quest or not (I believe it is), I had an issue turning in the quest also. There were x amount of items I had to get and once I collect 5/5, I had to turn it in 5 times to get the quest to turn in completely (due to it being 5 quest items in total).

    Try that and see what happens.
