Have tried the %appdata% fix, visual c update, bios update, drivers update, and lowering firewall.
I-9 13th gen. 13900 rtx 4060 32gb ddr 5 1tb ssd

    First of all you can try to search from this C:/ and see if the Folder is there.
    Second : You can try to launch the games and do not touch anything else meanwhiles
    the processus.

    At final : Try to select only the Easy anti-cheat install option
