I wanted to clear up a doubt. A Gtx 1050Ti 4gb or Rx 550 4gb. Would the game run? both have Directx12. I'm using a Gtx750Ti and I can't play because it only has Directx11.
Can I buy this video card?

The question is not a wheel. Because a gtx1050 runs the game. even with low fps. However, it is the directx12 issue that worries me. Well, I bought the game and it ended up not running on my PC because of the directx11 it has.
I'm looking to buy an EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti. And it says it supports directx12. I hope it's right. Because at the moment no money.

The GTX 1050ti is a 9-year GPU, and is well below our minimum system requirements. While it may pass the DirectX 12 check, in-game performance will be extremely poor.

OK. Passing the Dx12 Test is good. I manage the lag. Hahaha.. It's important to play.
