What are YOUR favorite tank skills and why?

As the title suggests- please tell us your favorite tank skills and why? What would you change or add to the skill, if anything?
Mine is grapple for obvious reasons. Nothing more fun than pulling an enemy healer into your group to get them burst down instantly....
What would I add? I'd love to see additional passive skill-points for grapple such as the ability to pull 2 extra enemies for a total of 3 pulls at once, maybe at the cost of pull distance/range.
Shield assault or slam could be changed to instead of just slamming into an enemy and stopping on hit that you could slam into an enemy and carry on pushing the enemy until stopping upon max distance reached.
