Unable to launch Ashes
Hello!
I was recommended by support to post my problem here. I have not been able to launch Ashes for about 3 weeks now. Starting on Feb 7th, my game has started crashing on launch. After the very first launch on that day, it was all fine, and about 20 minutes after I was logged on, the game disconnected and ever since I have been unable to get to the character select screen. As soon as it starts the in game load bar before character select, it just closes and goes to the desktop. I then started getting the Dx12 error, which was resolved by turning on GPU debugging, but the game would still crash at the same part. I just tried to see if the game patching would resolve the issue and it hasn't.
Earlier today after the patch, I tried again, and I have tried about 3-4 times. One time I got an out of video memory error, but I have not had that pop up again. It is just going straight to a black screen. I had followed the Known Issues thread and reinstalled the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. it was suggested that I check that I meet minimum system requirements, which I believe I do.
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
Nvdia GeForce RTX 3060
2x NVME SSDS (500gb/1000gb)
32 GB Ram
I have also repaired and fully reinstalled the game, changed different monitors and set resolution to 1080p/60 hz, and the same result. All updates for Windows/GPU are installed. Any help would be appreciated, let me know if you need any more information!
Thank you!

Here is my post from discord
deleting this folder should fix it, it will reset all your preferences in game though and keybinds.
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AOC\Saved\SavedGames\
This has fixed it for a lot of people that have your issue. There is another method that can save your settings below
i "think" you can just get rid of this file which is the culprit and keep the rest of your settings and ui. if deleting that file alone doesnt fix it delete the whole folder.
"C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AOC\Saved\SaveGames\GeneralSettings.sav"
Note: you may need to enable "View hidden items" to see the "appdata" folder
Below are links to two posts with some screenshots to help. If I remember I'll repost it here with a bit better formatting.
