2 star monsters that don't lose life

All 2 star monsters with 3 lvl more than me no longer lose life, has it become forbidden or is it a bug, ? I tested different types of watches, iguana, risen warsong !

Lets start with 2 start monsters which drop no loot after you solo them, whatever they are few levels lower or few level higher than you. 2 star mobs which drop less glint than 0 star mobs below your level. The glint economy needs a lot of work.
I would like options in glint mob grinding, so you can AOE grind weaker mobs or solo target 2 start mobs your level for a decent return. Atm, this is mostly useless.
