Still Can't Get into Character Selection on Vyra or Any Other Server

Hi Friends!

Still can't get into Vyra or any other server for that matter. Initial loading screen getting stuck around 6% every time.

Tried logging out and back in. Restarted my computer. Did the suggested wait 2 minutes and come back. Still the same.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
