Incorrectly saved scroll positions in settings menu

When changing settings, the position of a previous settings-sub-menu is saved (which is not desired behaviour). Example: Scroll down in Key Bindings -> Movement. Switch to Key Bindings -> Action Bars. Already partly down the scroll bar = need to scroll up to see Function "Weapon Attack"
Expected behavour:
Changing sub-menus in the settings starts each sub-menu from the top.
