Anyone else feel this stamina line completly counters rangers when somone know what there doing

like all your heavy attack are so telegraphed they can be dodged easily and if you use barrage you basicly end up giving them a full stamina bar every time you use barrage. i dont think you can get enough accuracy atm to counteract the 100% evasion from dodge so basicly any attack that does any real dmg is easily dodged and the one that do consistant dmg over a period of time like barrage (probaly the new salvo too) just full replenishes there stamina bar.

I feel this should internal cooldown or maybe boost barrages accuracy so it doesnt proc like 8 time in a single dodge lol since everyone gets the skill barrage becomes a hinderance more than a dmg skill when your vsing people who know mechanics.

Well Recuperation counts EVERY projectile, even from the same ability, as a dodge, so yeah, it allows you to "barrel roll" out of danger in some situations and regain your stamina. Probably one of the few reasons why melee classes like tank and fighter were initially playable in group play.
