After lates content update constant crashes to desktop when in towns

Description
Soon after i enter any major town or settlement the game crashes to desktop with no bug report to be sent. Sometimes it shows "Out of video memory" sign but usually just ctd with nothing else. I didnt have this problem before and the my setup has been the same since the start of alpha 2.
What i've done to try and fix this: updated all drivers and with graphic card also tested some earlier versions aswell. Tested various different graphics setting from ultra low to high with different resolutions but these seems to have no effect on the situation.
I've got RTX 3700ti, Ryzen 7 5800x, Win11
