Spain Cloudflare situation.

Hello, for those that probably don't know, since some weeks ago, the owners of the soccer spanish league have made a deal with most of internet providers cutting the acces to cloudflare during the games. Internet companies owns the rights for the soccer games on private TV, so they have done this in the name of the fight against piracy. Once the games start broadcasting on the afternoon, I'ts imposible to acces no anything working though Cloudflare, so also log into the Alpha.
Is there a problem, staying 1-2 hours AFK, to be able to play on the afternoon? Or would we be punished?
This situation could take months until the trial is set and done.
