Journal is a bit confusing

Hello fellow AOC community.
I jumped into Alpha 2 this week, and so far the experience feels good for an Alpha phase.
The thing that I feel holds me back the most is the Journal. In general, the questing journal, receiving or returning quests, or understanding what is the next thing to do as a player is not very clear.
I understand this is Alpha and the game is still underdevelopment and I appreciate all the effort Intrepid is investing in this.

The thing that I feel holds me back the most is the Journal. In general, the questing journal, receiving or returning quests, or understanding what is the next thing to do as a player is not very clear.
- Quests that I want to track don't appear on the map.
- The numbers next to each quests on the journal do not seem to correspond to the level requirement.
- NPCs that hand in quests are shown on the mini map but when I talk to them they have no quest to give.
- Handing in quest is also difficult since when I go to the area there is no NPC to hand it over.
I understand this is Alpha and the game is still underdevelopment and I appreciate all the effort Intrepid is investing in this.
