Evasion vs disable evasion

Are these mutually exclusive?? As in does evasion not evade disabling effects?
Because with nimble dance I've evaded cc. Which leads me to think that there's no reason for disable evasion since evasion evades everything not just cc

only realy get enough disable evasion if you go quite heavy into con which makes sense that your not getting disabled as often anyway and ur trading dmg for it.
