Can't load game

Hello,

I am having trouble loading up the game. Whenever I load up the game from the launcher. I am stuck in an infinite looped black screen. (I was waiting for 5 minutes until I finally gave up.)

How should I proceed to fix this? I meet the minimum specs too.
