After the May 7th update I can longer launch the game

Since the May 7th update I can no longer run the game. I'm getting an "out of memory" error. I have a 4080 Super, 32GB ram, I have no other major applications open and everything looks fine in task manager when the game trys to launch. I get a black screen for a few seconds as the game tries to launch and then I see the out of memory error briefly before it immediately closes. I've updated my drivers, repaired the game and have done a full reinstall of the game and I'm still seeing this issue.
