Can't restart an abandoned quest.

I was meant to abandon a commision, but accidentally abandoned the second part of the quest "The Tower and The Wolf", which you start by using a quest item. Now I can't start the quest over, because when the quest was abandoned the quest item was deleted. Anyone knows if that's intended?

I'd imagine it isn't. And if by some chance it is - that's dumb.

So there's only one answer - report it as a bug.
