Intrepid should be posting that information here. They have an announcement section for this alpha.
My turn to repeat myself - it is a bad business decision to rely on an unprofitable third party for any aspect of your business, especially customer communication. That unprofitable third party will have to eventually either change in ways you have no control over, or cease to exist. Long term, there is no third option - so don't rely in them.
Use them, sure, just make them one information channel as opposed to the only one. Everything said there should be either said on your own platform first, or parroted here soon after.
