Game will not run after I updated my PC.

Hello all.

I recently upgraded my PC and the game will just simply not run now, and I am getting beyond frustrated at this point.

I can go to the character screen, and make a new character, but as soon as I hit play, I just get a black screen and it ends up crashing.

Old build -
Processor - Intel i7-7700k
Motherboard - ASUS Z170-A
RAM - 32GB DDR4
GPU - Nvidia 4070 TI
(Game ran decently).

New build -
Processor - Intel i9-12900K
Motherboard - ASUS Z790 Gaming WIFI
RAM - 32GB DDR5
GPU - Nvidia 4070 TI

I have tried every fix under the sun that I have seen on forums, in my guild, etc.
- Updated BIOS
- Updated ALL drivers (motherboard/gpu/chipset/audio/etc).
- Deleted Local App Data (Saw this as a fix in the forums)
- A bunch of other fixes.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I am really lost at this point. I just want to play :(

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game client?

    @Noanni Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times.

    I have not uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher.
