Non stop bunny hopping / jumping needs a stamina costs similar to dodge. It's absolutely ludicrous experiencing pvp when its one large bunny hoping dance off.

Also unlimited no resource cost jumping grants increased speed movement in the water.

The good ol' popcorn battles. Jumps cost stam is a good way to tone it down.

LOL what is this GW1? People like jumping; it's why all MMOs have it. Besides, this is a tab target MMORPG where a jumping target will still get hit because you don't need to aim. Dodges and blocks use stam because they evade or absorb damage. Jumping doesn't. Just because you think it breaks your "immersion" doesn't mean Intrepid needs to limit how players move.

That said, the water hopping using the mouse wheel should be fixed via a check on whether someone is in the water and make sure that they sink after jumping, or prevent huge forward movement while touching water.
