POLAR's Tainted 8v8 Tourney

Full disclosure, I am part of Cats with Flabs. I have been watching the 8v8 tourney that was underway before the server shutdown. This tourney has $1000 real life prize. There have been several instances of outside interference causing round resets. For an event meant to build the community, these occurrences taint the tourney. With real $$ on the line, this is unacceptable and the tourney should not be allowed to continue. Here is my hope. Intrepid was definitely watching this tourney. With the timing of the server shutdown, I hope Intrepid takes immediate and decisive action.

Entire guilds were not allowed to participate in the tournament so it's not like it's a serious thing anyway.

Intrepid, you better not fucking do a single thing about this shit. Otherwise you'll give literally every PvEr the right to complain and ask for dev action on EVERY FUCKING PVP ACTION.

This was an in-game thing. And if there were no PK alts ready to kill anyone who's annoying and interrupting the tourney - that's a player mistake, not a dev one.

The only thing that Intrepid should do here is create an open world arena. That's it.

I have to agree - other than the arena part. If players want to organize something like this, it is on them to organize every - including security.
