Idea with translation

Hi guys, I've been wondering for the last few days why Intrepid can't make a translation file for us? And I'm not talking about the official translation, or the "extra" work you might think about.
UE basically has the functionality for translation. That is, UE uses a localization file from which strings are pulled. But at the moment, as far as I've studied the game's source, many strings are hardcoded, which will actually force Intrepid to "pull" them back into the localization files.
*Localization file - Dictionary in the format - Key:Value, which the game engine accesses to pull the translation string.
My suggestion to Intrepid, give us a localization file of the English version of the game. But, do not pack it inside the game packs, but leave it in the game folder (outside). There are 1000 craftsmen who will be happy to make a "Community translation", which will help players with a poor level of English, play the game.
P.s. This is how the community translation for TL and other games was done. And believe me, if you don't have time to do this at the moment, give this work to the community.
