Some things i'd like to see:
Reduce the movement speed reduction of auto attacks. The wind up feels too taxing.
Fix: change 2hd weapons into 2 hit Combo weapons, time ms reduction similar to other weapons. I'm hoping the 2hd hammer is a 2 hit combo weapon with staggered and shaken.
The fighter feels alot better in action mode with auto attacks disabled after you've gathered enough skills, rework some key bindings and disable camera shake.

Build diversity
There is nothing uniquely defensive about the fighter and alot of players focus heavily into physical power which does well in pve but then get blown up in pvp or within melee range of a world/poi boss. This forces the role into more mitigation or health gear which are heavily farmed. I'd like to see set bonuses on gear with +archetype specific bonuses from POI that players already mass farm. Glass cannon fighters find themselves with a very volatile health bar with blood fusion but thats about as good as it gets.

Skill changes
Combine the combat forms. They are pretty useless standalone and the combat doesnt feel like a stance dance as the bonuses are negligible. If this happens it would ease the weapon choice dilemma.
Unyielding Battle Cry should be apart of Battle cry and not an add. Could change Unyielding to amplify Riled +50-100%
Add chance to root with crippling blow and increase Snare effect to 40%
Brutal cleave should have the same cast range as Overpower which i believe was changed to 6m recently and add a limit to targets hit 3 or 4. Brutal Cleave should then be 150%dmg and Overpower 175%
Increase Blood Fusion to 8seconds
Reduce the consumption of combat momentum on Berserk to allow an 8second timer from max.

If the intended design is to "stance dance" then i'd suggest providing either exaggerated bonuses for each stance or additional effects that doesnt hinder debuff stacking. Ie: form1 could provide aoe slow and stuns, form 2 provides shield hp and ms, form3 provides bonus dmg(double strike?) and atk spd.

Most MMOs i've played as a melee you end up with a stat split comfortably around 60%defensives and 40%offensives
