Arena should be Monday thru Thursday only with node wars, guild wars, etc Friday thru Sunday.

What this would accomplish.

1. Less PvP oriented players could work on their Atusan classes and PvE as the more PvP oriented players play in the Arena. This would go a very long way in getting a different kind of player (the more casual and PvE) to play the game.
2. This would allow for greater node wars, guild wars, etc on the weekends when more people play.
3. It allows PvP players to play more content
4. ****Also, you must have a long in game travel to the Arena.****. In this way the most competitive players are cleared from the main game Monday thru Thursday. This will allow more medium and casual players to contest and actually get grind spots. (See my previous post titled " A simple fix for contested grind spots.". With this you would bring more casual players to the game!!!!!

Dr Burns, can you ask Steven about this during your interview?

To accomplish point 4 I would have multiple ship transfers to the Arena

You would have the first ship leave every 2 hours real time. Upon arrival at a transfer point (2 hours later), you then have to board another ship to continue (2 hour trip real time) then a final 2 hour ship.

Depending on their design for instanced arenas, I'd prefer them to be fully daily, because then the hardcore players gotta choose between progressing in the arena and doing other prime-time content. Imo THIS would let the weaker players do the opposite thing and have their own part of the progression.
