Cosmetic sell in Alpha-2

Quick question: Would you support adding a cosmetic shop starting in Alpha-2 Phase 3?
Personally, I wouldn’t mind—as long as one condition is met: no pre-order FOMO.
Meaning, if a cosmetic is added, Intrepid releases something like a mount, armor set, or other cosmetic each month, and then it disappears the following month.
Or would you prefer they wait until the beta phases or even launch to introduce it?

    Nah, I'd rather they just focused their resources on getting the game built and working.

    I'm not against it.

    I would've been opposed before cuz there was a question mark around if the game will make it to launch, for me it's highly likely at this point they will it's only a matter of when. I think the FOMO sales are over, if they put in work to create assets they probably want as many players buying/using them as possible.

    for players that feel like mismatching equipment makes their characters look like a clown the cosmetics may make playtesting more enjoyable, it's up to them to decide if the price tag is worth it. it's a contentious topic but to me Ashes is at least 2-3 years from release and I don't know where they are financially. this would be a relatively benign way for people to support them if they wanted to do that

    Cosmetics being added to test the shops functionality, I don't mind at all.

    Once it's tested, it passes, and is pushed from PTR to live, I don't care if they add purchasable cosmetics either. Limited edition A3 cosmetics only purchasable during P3, I don't mind either. Especially, if at launch someone sees you in said cosmetic and that player realizes the you were an A3 contributor.
