Game Launches Then Closes Itself

I have tried 2-3 times contacting support about this with tickets. Same response each time saying, " install the X64 version for Windows 10/11." Which I have done numerous times (as well as reinstalling the game numerous times). Has anyone else had this issue or found a work around? Been going in circles for 3+ weeks now with no *real* answer/solution.
