Hybrid/Action Combat Targeting

Hey,
so I could probably post this under other classes as well, but I feel like this impacts the support classes the most so I figure I would share the thought here
Being someone who plays cleric but also loves action combat, the issue is that especially in group play you obviously can't really use the action combat, not efficiently at least. Sure you can find some workarounds that work somewhat but with the way the skills in ashes are designed, playing action combat as a healer is not really an option atm
So there is something I would like to suggest/request, as there was an action combat system that used targeted skills in a way that worked and felt good imo and I would personally love to see something like that in ashes when using the action combat as a healer
In Tera you had skills that worked with target lock, pretty much just like selecting a target in tab target, but to make this work for action combat you would first enter a state of targeting players with your crosshair with your action cam, so pretty much aiming at the targets, getting an indicator if you successfully selected them and then pressing the skill again would use it on all selected targets/the selected targets (this was used for single and multi target skills)
