Lack of preload option during testing phases

I realise this isn't your priority and things are likely on fire as it is, but you would like more people to take part in some events, time to think about testing update "pre-load" option. Not everyone has great download speeds.

And some of us have just ancient PCs, even if the internet is great. It takes me AT LEAST an hour to install the update. Just now my update failed almost at the last minute because the PTR servers went down, and I'm almost sure that I'll have to repeat the entire process again once they're up and I might miss testing again due to that.

I know that it's obviously a me problem, but as Gurney pointed out, there's definitely other people who cannot just magically update their clients within minutes of their availability, while the directed test happens very soon after that availability.

And that's not even counting the usual delays in servers going up.

Ability to patch the game when the actual test servers are down would be great also.

My normal reaction to things like this is that they have better things to spend their time on than this.

However, in this case I personally do think it's worth putting the time in now, wspecially in regards to patches.
