Help with choosing a PС config

Hello everyone.
I bought a key for the second alpha almost a year ago.
The game doesn't work well on my PC hardware.
The picture is not clear. 30 fps , freeze's and etc...
I decided that I would build a mid-range computer based on 7800x3d + 5070rtx.
Tell me, will this config be enough for 60 fps?
At the moment I have 1080ti + i5 7400 + 32GB RAM. its so low, i just cant play in this game, but I really want to
Which config is the best for comfortable gaming? Interested in 2k monitors and 1080p

Just know that Nvidia graphics cards are usualy a bit overpriced, i mean a 5070 is overkill for this game imo, maybe think about other brands in similar price range im sure you'll get more out of it.
